The Complaints and Appeals Committee ensures that everyone interacting with the IHC certification system has a clear, fair, and accessible way to raise concerns. The Committee’s core responsibilities include:
- Fair Resolution: Reviewing and handling all complaints in a structured, objective, and fact-based manner.
- Root Cause Analysis: Focusing on understanding the core issue of each complaint to ensure effective corrective actions and prevent future occurrences.
- Maintaining Trust: Safeguarding organizational professionalism to preserve high levels of trust among all stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommending corrective actions and system improvements to prevent similar issues from happening in the future.
