Official Recognition of the International Halal Center at FOHAM 2026

The International Halal Center achieved a major milestone in global halal industry cooperation during the 8th Edition of the Moroccan Halal Forum (FOHAM 2026) in Casablanca, Morocco.

Organized by the Moroccan Institute for Standardization (IMANOR) under the theme “Morocco Halal Label: Building and Integrating Sustainable Value Chains,” the event served as a strategic platform for global halal market stakeholders, public institutions, and international experts to exchange best practices.

Official Recognition: Dr. Abdullah Hito, General Manager of the International Halal Center Group, received official recognition certificates for the center’s European branches in Germany, France, and the United Kingdom.

High-Level Participation: The opening ceremony brought together prominent organizations, including Morocco’s Ministry of Industry and Trade, the National Office for Food Safety (ONSSA), the High Council of Oulemas (CSO), and the Standards and Metrology Institute for Islamic Countries (SMIIC).
