• Understand requirements of Halal as stipulated in international Halal standards. • Be able to identify Halal critical points in manufacturing of food, food additives, (bio)chemicals, and cosmetics etc.
• Understand HQC certification process.
• Understand international regulatory requirements pertaining to Halal and importance of accreditation of certification bodies.
• Acquire the ability to work as an internal auditor or as a Halal coordinator.
