The Räss butcher mainly processes fresh meat such as beef and lamb. It is an all-rounder company, which produces 90% of the products in-house in its slaughterhouse in Lowinen. In addition to the slaughterhouse and the butcher's shop, there is also the sausage shop and the meat drying shop.
