Almondy is a Swedish manufacturer of frozen and chilled cakes and pastries. The company was founded in 1982 and employs around 100 people at its site in Torslanda near Gothenburg. Almondy produces approximately 80,000 cakes per day, which are sold in more than 50 countries worldwide. Its product range includes almond, chocolate, mousse and Daim cakes, as well as other frozen desserts.Almondy is among the companies whose products have been reviewed for Halal compliance and Halal-certified by the International Halal Center (IHC). This certification confirms that the certified products comply with the applicable Halal requirements.
