Roland Mills United is a German, family-owned milling group with a long-standing milling tradition and four mill locations in Bremen, Recklinghausen, Münster and Bad Langensalza. The company employs around 500 people and has an annual grain milling capacity of approximately 1.26 million tonnes, along with storage capacity of around 220,000 tonnes. Its product range includes wheat, rye and spelt flours, semolina, meals and functional flours for bakeries, the food industry and retail. Certification by the IHC (International Halal Center) confirms the Halal quality of the relevant products.
