Sachsenmilch Leppersdorf GmbH is one of the largest and most modern dairies in Europe and part of the Theo Müller Group. At its Leppersdorf site, large quantities of milk are processed daily into a wide range of dairy products. The company employs around 3,000 people and processes several billion liters of milk annually. Its product range includes milk, cream, butter, cheese, whey products and other dairy ingredients for the food industry. The relevant products have been certified by the IHC (International Halal Center) and meet requirements for Halal compliance, quality and controlled production.
