CELTYS is a French poultry processor based in Plouay and has been part of the LDC Group since 2007. The company employs around 160 people and specializes in the production of cooked and confit poultry products; approximately 60% of its production consists of duck confit. The products are primarily manufactured for the foodservice sector and other professional customers. CELTYS also offers Halal poultry products. HQC Halal certification complements the portfolio with appropriately certified poultry products for customers and markets with Halal requirements.
