PROCANAR is a French poultry processor based in Lauzach and part of Société Bretonne de Volaille (SBV) within the LDC Group. The company specializes in the slaughtering, cutting and processing of ducks and produces whole ducks, duck portions, foie gras and other processed poultry products. PROCANAR employs around 450 people and supplies customers in France and across Europe. The HQC Halal certification complements the product range with appropriately certified poultry products for customers and markets with halal requirements.
