La Fruitière du Val Evel is a French family-owned company that has been producing high-quality fruit purées and fruit coulis for the food and gastronomy industry since 1962. The company manages around 20 hectares of its own berry plantations and employs a permanent team of 27 people, as well as around 80 seasonal workers. Its product range includes frozen and chilled fruit purées, including numerous products with no added sugar. Through modern processes such as high-pressure processing (HPP), La Fruitière combines traditional fruit processing with innovative production technologies. In cooperation with the International Halal Center, the relevant Halal requirements are taken into account and implemented for certified products.
