The company specializes in the production of sheet and powdered gelatine and markets its products worldwide. Its portfolio includes Halal sheet gelatine, organic gelatine, powdered gelatine and collagen hydrolysates. For the production of its Halal sheet gelatine, Ewald uses Halal-certified bovine powdered gelatine. In the area of Halal requirements, the IHC (International Halal Center) plays an important role in the corresponding certification and assessment of products and production processes.
