COSUCRA is a Belgian company that has been developing and producing plant-based and functional food ingredients since 1852. With around 350 employees, the company produces pea protein, pea starch, inulin, oligofructose and pea fibre, mainly from peas and chicory. These ingredients are primarily used in food, beverages and food supplements. Selected products are certified according to the Halal requirements of the International Halal Center (IHC), making them suitable for use in the international Halal market.
